Melissa Suzanne George comes from Australia. She's an entrepreneur, model and an inventor. She started her career in Australia and eventually moved to Hollywood in which she has achieved great successes. George is a native of Perth located in the Western Australian state of Perth, was originally interested in dance and artistic roller-skating. Her modeling career began when she was in her teens. She was awarded the title of Western Australia's Teenage Model of the Year back in 1992. The first time she appeared on television was the Seven Network episode of the soap opera Home and Away. Her debut appearance on screen with Dark City's mystery thriller, she appeared in various supporting roles in Alias The Limey, Down with Love and many other films before taking her first role as a female leading lady in mainstream Hollywood with the remake in 2005 of The Amityville Horror. She is currently one the most sought out Australians working in American entertainment. George being an entrepreneur is launching her own product Style Snaps on the market.
